Dear Hilltop Trot Supporter,



We are writing to you as student representatives from Bradley University’s Department of Physical Therapy in cooperation with Shazam Racing. We are requesting support and sponsorship for our annual 5K run, now called the Hilltop Trot. The run will take place on October 23rd, 2021 with an estimation of 150-200 runners and more than 50 volunteers assisting with the event.

All proceeds are used to benefit Bradley University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Class of 2023. Each class gets the opportunity to attend the American Physical Therapy Association’s (APTA) Combined Sections Meeting, which will take place in 2022. This national convention is a coming-together of both practicing physical therapists and physical therapy students across the country. It is an invaluable opportunity to experience this as students as we begin our professional careers. We will be given the chance to meet our future colleagues as well as gain exposure to the challenges that lie within our profession and learn about the most current evidence-based practices. Ultimately, this benefits everyone including our patients by providing the best care possible in the most efficient and effective manner.

Our goal is to fund our mission of attending the APTA’s national convention and to bring that knowledge back to our community. With your help as a sponsor, we will be able to do this!

We ask that all supporters complete the Sponsorship Form by September 28, 2021 in order to be fully recognized in accordance with the sponsorship levels. This form can be completed by mailing it to the specified address included on the form or online at www.HilltopTrot.com.
